1. Qualification must be MBBS and House Job experience is required for (1 year) | FCPS/MS/MD is highly preferred for specialists.
2. Experience for 0-2 years for individual who are Freshly graduated and also preffered 2+ years experience .
3. Other Skills: they must have the ability to diagnose Patient , to plan their treatment and emergency response.
4. Age limit must be 22-40 years
5. Salary package: it ranges from PKR 80,000 – 150,000 (and is highly based on experience).

2.For Staff Nurses:

1. Qualification: BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) or 3-Year Diploma in Nursing.
2. Experience: Freshers welcome | 1+ year preferred.
3. Skills: IV therapy, patient monitoring, wound care, basic life support.
4. Age: 20-35 years
5. Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 70,000 + shift allowances

3.For Admin & Support Staff:

1. Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Healthcare Admin, Business, or related field | Intermediate for clerical roles.
2. Experience: 1-3 years in hospital/clinic setting.
3. Skills: Patient registration, record keeping, billing, MS Office.
4. Age: 18-40 years.
5. Salary Range: PKR 30,000 – 60,000

• They must have Valid PMDC/PNC registration (for clinical staff)
